Hypertrophy/HIIT Heavier lifting at the start of the week with the HIIT brought in at the end of the week. Work on Upper and Lower Days.
Different style to the ICV Programme. Working in a Upper/Lower split, at the start of the week you have two Hypertrophy based lifting sessions, one full upper body, one full lower body. The Focus then switches to Performing HIIT in between the sets but still staying upper and lower focused, meaning more compound exercises are used.
