Premium Membership

Our Base Membership Package. Includes gym access, Studio Cycling, club seminars and access to private member Zone with access to a huge recipe database and video workout classes as well as a monthly live DJ set to amp your training.

Premium Membership gives you access to a Premium Facility. Over 6000sqft of training space, with our limited member cap of 340 means everyone will get their workout done. Typical Commercial gyms have thousands of members over-crowding the gym floor and workouts are left unfinished, costing you results.

We have a huge array of equipment of carefully selected equipment, we are always regularly investing in new equipment in conjunction with our kit suppliers FFITTECH, GYMLECO and PRIMAL PRO ranges. In 2024 we’ve invested in 8 new additions to the gym floor and are continuing our upgrades into 2025

Club Seminars are there as an educational tool. We want you to understand the principles we train our clients by, so this is a “how and why” session in which you will learn some theory behind what we do, then get chance to try it out in some applied practical scenarios.
