The Kin3tic team never stop amazing me. Their positivity and gym ethos has moved to an entirely online service almost transparently in a matter of days! Both live and on demand sessions that are every bit as engaging as one to one sessions. Being inherently lazy I thought I would be able to coast through online classes, but the coaching teams watchful eyes, keep me just as accountable in the house and garage as they do in the gym. I salute you all for your hard work and dedication to making sure all of your clients get the same service and results as they would face to face. You are all a force for good and I know under your watch I’ll come out fitter and stronger than before. No small feat in this “new normal” we live in!
