Having lost the love for the gym I eventually realised I needed to get back in shape as I was feeling lethargic, unfit and I wasn’t happy with my appearance. Going to Kin3tic with Jason was a leap of faith as he totally changed the way and style in which I was used to training-instead of lifting as much as I could in any way I could I now had to train focusing on quality of the lift.  I cannot believe just how much I changed in 10 weeks, loosing over 18kg in the process, yet I did not feel restricted on the nutrition plan!
