Being a relatively new gym user, I was keen to be educated in the correct way to get a good result. Over the 10 weeks my training gradually changed as my body adapted and could feel myself getting fitter, healthier and stronger. I have gained confidence in going to the gym and now look forward to my workouts. My view on eating healthy has totally changed as I assumed everything would be boring and bland – but it isn’t - and even now I can manage to maintain this result 4 months after achieving it!
