I felt like I had got out of shape and lost my focus at the gym but with a busy life was unsure if this would work for me.  With a mixture of home and gym training which was only took up 4 hours of my week – as well as 30 days of this process undertaking in lockdown – I am so happy with my results and being educated in healthy, enjoyable and varied ways to eat and still achieve a result like this is incredible.  It just shows that anyone no matter how busy they are can achieve some great results!
