All I can say is I am absolutely blown away with my transformation and so happy with my pictures and weight loss (18kg), no excuses, no compromises I got my head down and went for it.  Mentally in lockdown like so many I struggled and turned to food so I knew this what I needed to put myself back on track.  I found the process surprisingly easy to do even though I am a busy single mum.  I would 10000% recommend going to see Kin3tic if you want to achieve some incredible results and feel energised during the whole process the support is incredible!
