I have trained with Kin3tic several times on and off, but I wanted some more accountability so I took on Jason to see just how far I could go. Having lost a lot of muscle having not trained and undertaking an active job, my goal was to build some good quality lean tissue. Food prep was key for me having a busy job but the ease of the nutrition plan helped with this greatly and felt energised throughout. Really happy with what I came out with after just 10 weeks!
